Motivasi Tenaga Kerja RSD Mangusada Badung-Bali dalam Mempelajari Bahasa Inggris

چکیده

This study aims to identify the categories of motivation and appropriate stimulants for RSD Mangusada staffs in learning English. research is a qualitative with method collecting data using questionnaire distributed 50 staff from various divisions. The contains closed questions that are filled out Likert’s scale. this were analyzed descriptive-qualitatively by describing results analysis show there five single dominant three combined possessed Badung Hospital English, those intrinsic category, extrinsic dominant, integrative instrumental amotivation intrinsic- intrinsic-instrumental extrinsic-instrumental dominant. Based on analysis, it can be concluded main factor which encourages learn English only limited desire fulfill practical needs, such as get better job and/or higher income. need arises both within learners environment. Thus, if needs improve competence all its order services, pragmatic needed an optimal result.
